Bridgemont formerly Mental Health Center

Dedicated to the establishment, development and maintenance of high quality mental health and chemical dependency care in South Central Montana.

Tumbleweed

Community-based agency, founded in 1976, which provides services to runaway, homeless, and vulnerable youth and their families. Tumbleweed’s crisis counseling and youth services are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

We are the largest treatment center in the region, providing rehab services for adults with substance use, co-occurring, and mental health conditions. Rimrock views addiction as a whole person illness affecting an individual’s emotional, physical, spiritual and social well-being. Our programs are designed to help people find a balance in their life.

At STEP, we strive to build an equitable, just, and compassionate community where everyone is connected and empowered to create the life they choose. We offer individuals safe shelter, and affordable housing with transitional services that offer a hand up rather than a hand out—helping people gain solid footing and break out of the cycle of violence. Our Mission

“We are committed to reducing the effects of substance abuse and behavioral health lived experience.”

Our Purpose

  •  To create a stainable community council, engaged in, prevention, treatment, and recovery, for those with behavioral health lived experience.
  •  Empower patients/caregivers to engage in disease self-management.
  •  Encourage person-centered and person-directed care models.
  •  Collaborate and encourage efforts of organizations and shared visions.

Members

  • YAC members should join with the commitment to:


  •  Share best practices among organizations.
  •  Mentor partners and providers.
  •  Share ideas and support analysis.
  •  Promote implementation of evidence-based interventions.

Participation

  • The YAC encourages the participation of individuals, and, but not limited to:
  •  Health care providers (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities,
  • physician practices, home health agencies, dialysis facilities, hospice organizations,
  • community-based waiver agencies and aging service organizations.)
  • Faith-based organizations; All government agencies.
  •  Substance abuse recovery organizations; Patients and patient advocacy organizations.
  •  Senior housing locators; Senior social organizations.
  •  Local businesses; Corporate representatives; Stakeholders of the community.
